A call with a care coordinator is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We cover personal care, companion care and respite care at home — who needs help, what a typical week looks like and the hours that would make a difference — and we can also walk through Missouri's Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program:

- getting paid to care for a family member — how Missouri's CDS program works when the attendant is a relative, and what the state decides.
- switching CDS providers — what a change of vendor involves and what to have ready.
