Home Care & CDS Service Area: St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County

Diverse Health Services provides non-medical in-home care — personal care, companion care, respite care and dementia care — across three counties from one office in St. Louis, and can help you understand Missouri's Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program.

    Where we work

We serve St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County. We have one office and no branch locations; caregivers and coordinators travel to you. We do not list individual suburbs here because our service is the same across each county — if your address is in one of these three counties, we serve it.

    St. Louis City

Our office is in the City, at 813 N. Kingshighway Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. Older adults who live within the City are also served by the St. Louis Area Agency on Aging (details below).

    St. Louis County

We provide in-home care throughout St. Louis County and can help County residents understand Missouri CDS. The Area Agency on Aging for the County is Aging Ahead.

    St. Charles County

We provide in-home care in St. Charles County and can help residents there understand Missouri CDS. Aging Ahead is the Area Agency on Aging for St. Charles County as well.

    How visits are arranged

Every engagement starts with a free, no-obligation consultation: a care coordinator talks with you in your home or by phone, whichever you prefer, about who needs care, what a typical week looks like and the hours that would help. Family members are welcome to join. From there we put together a care plan and match a caregiver, and the schedule is built around you — a few hours a week through to around-the-clock support.

Our office line, 314-667-5951, is answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm; outside those hours leave a message and a coordinator calls you back. For Consumer Directed Services the first step is different: the referral goes to the state, not to us — our guide to applying for CDS in Missouri explains the route, and our find-a-provider page explains what a vendor does once services are authorised.
