Diverse Health Services LLC ("Diverse Health Services," "we," "us," or "our") provides home care services in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through diversehs.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and — because this policy is also used to support Google API access for our internal SEO tools — specifically how our SEO automation system accesses, uses, stores, and shares data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly: when you submit a consultation request, careers application, or other form on the Site, we collect the information you enter — for example, your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and any message or details you choose to share.
• Automatically collected information: like most websites, we use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) that automatically collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to consultation requests, careers applications, and other inquiries you submit.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the services we describe on it.

3. Google Search Console & Google Analytics Data (Diverse Health SEO Automation)

Diverse Health Services operates an internal automated system, referred to internally as the Diverse Health SEO Automation, that monitors and reports on the Site's performance in Google Search. To do this, an authorized administrator connects this system to our own Google Search Console property and our own Google Analytics 4 property for diversehs.com via Google's OAuth authorization flow. This section specifically describes how that system accesses, uses, stores, and shares the resulting data.

What we access

• Google Search Console: read-only access to our own verified property's search performance data — search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, and average position, plus indexing and page-experience status for pages on diversehs.com. We do not request or receive data about any other site or property.
• Google Analytics: read-only access to aggregated website analytics for our own Google Analytics 4 property — metrics such as sessions, page views, engagement, and conversions for diversehs.com. We do not access individually identifiable visitor data through this connection.

How we use it

This data is used exclusively for internal purposes: monitoring our own search visibility, detecting technical SEO issues, and generating internal recommendations to improve the Site's content and performance. It is never used to build a profile of, or to identify, any individual visitor, and it is never used for advertising or ad targeting.

How we store it

Data retrieved from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, along with the OAuth credentials used to access them, is stored in our private, access-controlled database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the automated system itself and to authorized Diverse Health Services administrators who manage it — it is never made available to the public or to unauthorized staff. We retain this data only for as long as needed to provide ongoing SEO monitoring and reporting, or until access is revoked as described below.

How we share it

We do not sell, rent, or share Google Search Console or Google Analytics data with any third party. It is not used to serve advertisements, and it is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models unrelated to operating this feature. Diverse Health Services' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The Google account owner who authorized this connection can revoke it at any time from Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops all further data collection through that connection.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from services like Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy
